  　　真石漆施工工藝的主要流程為基層處理→涂刷底漆→噴中層真石漆→打磨→成品保護→驗收。  

       

  　　1、基面準備程序  

       

  　　由于基面的狀況直接關系到真石漆的施工質量，因此在裝修前，必須對基面認真檢查驗收，具體要求介紹如下：  

       

  　　A、對于剛建成的新墻，需要充分養護、干燥;對于已受潮剝離的舊墻，則需重新做底層批蕩，然后才能進行真石漆的噴涂施工。  

       

  　　B、涂裝基面應堅牢平整，含水率10%以下，PH值10以下。測量基面含水率方法：晴天時利用透明膠布平鋪基面，以膠帶封合膠布四周，經2-4小時后，若膠布內部呈結露現象，則基面含水率高，不宜施工。雨天后須在干燥3日以上確保完全干燥，以免影響基材內堿基滲出，產生白華，并導致剝落。  

       

  　　C、涂裝基面的表面強度，需在13.8mpa以上為標準。  

       

  　　2、防潮底漆噴涂程序  

       

  　　在噴涂真石漆前，先在基面上均勻地噴涂或滾涂一層防潮底漆，進行封底處理，以免由于基面滲色、透濕，從而污染，溶脹真石漆影響施工質量，防潮底漆干透時間約為60分鐘。  

       

  　　3、真石漆噴涂程序：  

       

  　　待防潮底漆干透后即可進行真石漆的噴涂施工，基本施工方法主要有以下兩種：  

       

  　　第一種是噴裝施工法：此法是使用特制噴槍進行施工。室內工程噴裝可一次完成，外墻則要分兩步進行;待第一層稍干后再作第二次噴涂。噴涂時務必使涂層厚薄均勻，不露底，浮點大小基本一致，噴涂總厚度以2-3mm為宜.或按不同設計要求而定。  

       

  　　第二種是混合施工法：即先用灰鏟在此墻體上薄薄地批抹一層真石漆，兩次的總厚度以2-3  mm為宜。這種施工方法省料，又能因表面浮點突出而同樣可干透。  

       

  　　表面打磨程序：在噴涂防水保護膜之前，需用專用砂紙等工具磨掉已干透的真石漆涂層表面的浮砂及粒之銳角，增加真石漆表面的美感，同時保證防護膜的完全覆蓋。  

       

  　　4、噴涂防水面漆程序  

       

  　　噴涂防水面漆一定要在真石漆完全干透后進行，防水面漆一般噴兩次，首先薄而均勻地噴涂一層防水面漆，約經過60分鐘待其硬化后，即可噴第二遍防水面漆，至此真石漆的全部施工程序即將完成。  

       

  　　真石漆施工工藝注意事項：  

       

  　　1、真石漆施工必須是在裝修工程的最后階段進行，以免未干透時的涂層被沾污或破損。

  　　在連接處裝入襯墊材料。再在上面打密封膠，最后再揭掉板的保護膜。注膠前，一定要清潔劑將金屬板及鋁合金(型鋼)框表面清潔干凈，清潔后的材料須在一小時內密封，否則重新清洗。密封膠須注滿，不能有空隙或氣泡。清潔用擦布須及時更換以保持干凈。應遵守標簽上的說明使用溶劑，且在使用溶劑時嚴禁煙火。注密封膠時，應用膠紙保護膠縫兩側的材料，使之不受污染。  

       

  　　三、端部處理  

       

  　　當鋁塑板四周靠墻邊緣部分不符合方板的模數時，在取得設計人員和監理的批準后，可不采用以方板和靠墻板收邊的方法，而改用條板或紙面石膏板等作吊頂處理。
